Empowering Others
Helping Those Who Need Us Most
The Future Looks Bright
We educate, equip, and raise awareness about mistreatment, rights, and responsibilities within Christian organizations, fostering supportive workplace cultures and providing resources for various challenges.
We advocate for Gospel Workers facing crisis and mistreatment, addressing power imbalances, promoting accountability, and seeking justice through disciplinary action or legal means where appropriate.
We offer triage, spiritual guidance, personal support, and access to a supportive community for Gospel Workers who have experienced mistreatment, aiming to restore their well-being and help them continue their faithful ministry journey.
Our Values
At GWAG, our values are inspired by the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ and forged through the crucible of ministry challenges. These values define our organization and permeate every facet of our work, both internally and externally. Rooted in the biblical principle of love, they set us apart from the world around us.

1. Humility
We follow the example of Jesus Christ, embodying humility in all our interactions. We view ourselves as servants in the Lord's work, seeking the well-being of others. Our leadership is characterized by servant leadership, where we empower and uplift those who follow us. When we err, we display humility through genuine repentance.

2. Gentleness
While we possess strength, we don't use it to intimidate or manipulate others. Instead, we exercise control and employ our strength in the service of others. Kindness, tenderness, and gentleness guide our actions, even in moments of disagreement or conflict.

3. Compassion
We genuinely care for the well-being of all, regardless of the circumstances. We strive to understand the unique pressures individuals face and extend our compassion. For Gospel Workers enduring crises, we empathize and provide genuine care, concern, and support.

4. Faithfulness
The Word of God is our guidebook and foundation. It informs all our actions and decisions as a group. When uncertainty arises or disagreements occur, we turn to the Scriptures for guidance and seek faithfulness to His word.

5. Courage
Just as the Lord's people have faced daunting challenges throughout history, we, too, encounter difficult situations. We draw strength and courage from the Lord to fulfill His will, even when it requires significant sacrifices, following the example of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

6. Truth
We are staunch advocates for the truth, even when it's difficult to face or speak. Grounded in God, who is the Truth, we stand firmly upon it. This commitment is especially vital in situations where the truth may be disregarded or obscured.

7. Partnership
In our interactions beyond our group, we seek collaboration with others and organizations who share our Gospel and commitment to God's Word. Disagreements may arise, but when they do, we address them with love, humility, gentleness, compassion, faithfulness, truth, and courage. Our aim is to resolve conflicts amicably and continue working together in partnership to achieve our vision.
